  1. Select the project or AI agent and read its latest activity and conversation.
  2. Look for Needs you, or open Inbox. It means the AI agent is waiting for an answer, an approval, or a connection.
  3. Open the decision card. Answer the question, approve only the action you want, or decline it and send a clearer follow-up.
  4. If the AI agent is busy and your message shows Queued, choose Steer now to redirect it.
  5. If the AI agent is not waiting but the result is incomplete, send a focused follow-up that describes the missing outcome.
Do not create a second project just to repeat the request. The original project retains the relevant work and is the best place to continue.
