Open Settings → Experience → World:
  • World map switches between the Village and the Automata Foundry.
  • AI agent style chooses how your AI agents look: Village agents or Automata.
  • Your characters imports your own Codex pets (a pet.json file with a PNG or WebP sprite sheet, up to 12). They stay in this browser and do not sync to other devices.
Appearance (System, Light, or Dark) is under Settings → Experience → Display & motion. It changes the interface, not the world map. Interface sounds, world ambience, and voice playback are under Sound.
