Open the app’s sharing settings and check Who can open this app.
  • Private apps open only for you.
  • Invite only apps open for the people you invited, and they must sign in with the exact email you invited. An app can have up to 50 invited people.
  • Public apps open for anyone with the link, unless Require sign-in is on.
Guests cannot publish. Sign in first, then choose Publish on the result card. Your published apps and shared links are listed under Settings → Published & shared; a link you stopped sharing no longer works.
