# A result is missing or unexpected

> Find a result in Outputs or Earlier chats, or ask for a revision.

Open the project’s **Outputs** tab first, then its **Activity** tab. Results are saved with the project that produced them, and activity shows the context around the result. Earlier conversations are in **Projects** under **Earlier chats**.

If the result needs revision, say what to keep and what to change, or choose **Edit** on the result card. For example: “Keep the structure, replace the examples with customer language, and make the recommendation more decisive.” The card shows **Changes in progress** while the revision runs. If the expected output is absent, report the project name, the request you sent, and the last visible AI agent state through **Send feedback**.
