# The map looks wrong

> What to do when the map is blank or out of date.

Refresh the page, then confirm that you are signed in to the same account that owns the project. Open **Projects**, including **Earlier chats**, or the project’s activity before assuming work was lost; the map is an overview and the panel is the detailed record. AI agents leave the map some time after they finish or fail, but their projects and chats remain.

If a refresh does not resolve the issue, report the project name, the expected state, the actual state, when you last saw it correct, and any visible error. A screenshot is useful when it does not expose sensitive information.
